The 1338 sq feet townhouse is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom and I am looking for fun, clean, studious, and responsible guys that want to move in asap. I will be starting my fourth year of medical school and will be all over the country so basically it will be only two guys most of the time. No alcohol, smoking, or pets in the condo. I have two rooms available (14ft X 11ft) and (13ft X 16ft with bathroom) on July 1st, 2012 with a good sized closet for $375 and $400 a month respectfully. I am providing a twin bed and dresser in the $375 room and a Queen size in the $400 room. The deposit is $200 and requires a year contract unless you find someone to fill your spot. Contracts are separate giving you the benefit of the large living space while not worrying about paying for an empty room if a roommate leaves. The condo was recently remodeled in 2008 with new tile, granite counter tops, new carpet, and appliances with additions constantly being made to improve the space. The best part of this property is the location. It is literally across the street from the UT Health Science Center. It only takes 2 minutes to get across the lawn to the medical school admin building. If you are a student you won't even need a car or deal with campus parking. It will be very convenient for dental, graduate, nursing, and allied health students. The complex has a pool and covered parking for the two rooms. Water and gas are included in the rent making Internet and electricity (split between occupants) the only additional costs to you.
